Kasta Morrely Organization developed the European Project “EYE: Educated, Young and Emplyed” funded by the European Union, that took place in Iasi – Romania between 16-26 september 2014. Within the training were actively involved youth leaders and youth workers from 10 states: Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Turkey, United Kingdom. The project approached the necessity of raising the employment level among youth and training the youth leaders at international level to be capable of actively involve the young generation as a modality to develop the competencies necessary for success in life.


Within the training were applied methods sucs as mind mapping, role play, workshops, world café, brainstorming. A major result of the project was the creation with the international participants and promotion at Europan level of a motivational video with the theme “Why to employ young people?”.
